*Journal Entry      - Write a paragraph about what your life has been like over the past          few weeks. Use the checklist to revise/edit before you submit it!	(1 hour)
Reading       - read Raz Kids, EPIC!, online book or a book you have at home	(30 min)
*Magazine Make an advertisement about any product for your magazine	(1 hour)
*Science - Scavenger Hunt Find and list transparent, translucent and opaque objects in your house  Extension: insert pictures of your object to the chart	(45 min)
Science - Shadow Puppets Watch youtube video to learn how to make different shadow puppets Use a light source (e.g., flashlight, lamp, or cell phone light) to practice making shadows. Experiment with moving hands / light closer and farther from the wall Show your shadows to your family	(15 min)

Math	Time 1.5 hours
Basic Facts -Link to a website game to practice basic fact	(15 min)
