Whew! What a busy couple of weeks we have had! Pink Shirt Day, the Canadian Citizenship Ceremony, the Be Brave Hitmen Hockey field trip PLUS our Grade 4 Celebration of the Arts concert -- and those are just the EXTRA things!!!!
Congratulations to all the students that performed in our concert on Tuesday! You all did such a wonderful job!!!
Believe it or not, even with all those extra fun things we have been doing, we have still had time to actually learn some things... in Math, we have been learning about fractions as part of a whole and as part of a set. In Science, we have begun our next unit "Light and Shadows" by learning about light sources and shadows. In Literacy, we continued to work on writing articles for our magazine project.

March 11: Scholastic book orders due
March 13: Jump Rope for Heart fundraising due
March 18: Superhero day (dress as a superhero or wear superhero colours)
March 19: Student Learning Conferences (3:30pm - 7:30pm)
March 20: Student Learning Conferences (8:00am - 1:00pm) & NO SCHOOL
March 23 - 27: SPRING BREAK
